Domestic Shipping Policy

Shipment processing time

All orders are processed within 2-3 business days in major cities across Pakistan. Small towns will take 5 – 8 days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Shipping rates & delivery estimates

We have a flat shipping rate per order. You may order as many products as you may like in one order with the same flat shipping rate.

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Leopard Courier 5 – 10 business days Free Delivery for orders above Rs 5000. For below Rs 5000 shipping charges will be Rs 200

Leopard Courier 2 – 3 business days Rs 200

Free shipping is not available on oils.

Delivery delays can occasionally occur.

Self Pickup for Non Service Areas

Zakir Pansar uses third party logistic partners and they have defined some non service areas in which home delivery service is not available. You shall be contacted by the representative of our logistic partners and will decide a center point for order pickup.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Damages

Zakir Pansar takes complete ownership for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact our customer support to file a claim and you shall receive a Full Refund or Free Replacement.

Please do take pictures of damaged goods received and share it with our representatives.

International Shipping Policy

We currently do not ship outside Pakistan.
