 شناخت :سفید دانے جو ایک درخت کے تنے سے حاصل ہوتے ہیں جو پہلے آٹے کی صورت میں ہوتے ہیں ۔پھر کوٹ پیس کر چھوٹے چھوٹے دانوں کی صورت میں بنا کر خشک کر لیتے ہیں ۔یہ دانے پوست کے دانوں سے بڑے ہوتے ہیں ۔رنگ سفید و ذائقہ پھیکا ہوتا ہے۔
